“I have stayed in 3 different hotels around this area as it is convenient to drive to various shops nearby. This hotel room is quite modern, toilets are clean, beds are super comfy, and staff are wonderful to talk to. The only two things I want to call out is that the breakfast is quite limited and would be better with more options. The other thing is that I ran out of shower gel and informed the front desk in the morning which I was told that they would fill it up for me. Unfortuntely, that did not happen when I got back to the hotel in the evening. Other than that, I would most likely be coming back to this hotel when I come back to Akron. ”

“This hotel is horrible! Don’t stay here unless it’s your last option. I’ve came to this hotel 2 different times & both times my rooms were dirty. Yesterday I booked a room. So I went to check out the room both bed were nasty. One bed had poop stains on the sheets the other bed was crumbs & hair over all it. The cleaners don’t clean the rooms. They use dirty sheets & just wipe a few items down. Then the table had fake eye lashes on it. They kept my $100 deposit because I got a little blood on the towel. It was ridiculous & I don’t commenced this hotel. ”

“Housekeeping is everyday and they do everything, unless you only need certain things done. They are friendly, aim to please and take their job seriously. Even though with some of them we have a language differences I've had no problems communicating with them. Honestly, I have never been this impressed with housekeeping in years, even the top hotels in the world. Exceptional for the USA, and I've been many places and see many things as far as hotels. There are some issues I will address when and if I get to speak with management and owners. But, pretty good breakfast depending on who's doing setup. Coffee and teas 24/7. Daytime desk clerk, Emily is awesome!! Always happy and very polite from her answering the phone to face to face check in, to problem solving. She does it all!!! She's a great example and the others should try harder to be friendlier and not so mean or some show to be nicer to some people than others. I'm testimony to that personally. All in all you miss lots of you don't stay here. Great location too. Family friendly, pets welcome too! NF”

“The hotel staff is friendly but this place has bed bugs horribly bad. I would not recommend staying here.”

“There isn't much within walking distance other than The Goodyear Theater (which is why I booked it) but you can drive to many places relatively quickly. The staff was nice enough (although there was confusion when checking in) and the pool seemed decent. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. I doubt I will ever see another show at The Goodyear Theater, but if I do I'll probably stay here again.”

“The hotel is great value for the money. Location is great. The only problem that I had was the neighbors I was in room 263. And the neighbors in 265 was completely disruptive.. 1030 pm and they were yelling and fighting at one another, slamming doors. The day after at 9 pm they were stomping around and doing some remodeling or something banging on walls. It was hard to relax at night. ”

“I initially had kinda positive views. Unfortunately, things tend to change at fast pace I noticed the breakfast running short on food items, ie yogurt, etc... upon leaving I specifically inquired when incidental charged would be returned.? I was told on check out. WRONG :( Had file claim with Chase re incidental funds.”

“Nice staff. Clean room. Only complaint is that there was a huge spider crawling on the floor. I believe it came from the air conditioning.”
