“位置很好，离市中心步行即可到达。员工非常有礼貌，尤其是前台两个服务员男生，彬彬有礼，还送咖啡和小点心到房间，很暖心。”

“They asked me to pay more 500 TL for early check in ”

“The hotel was acceptable overall, but it definitely did not feel like a true five-star experience. The biggest disappointment was the lack of any view and being woken up at 8 AM by loud housekeeping noise. Breakfast was average and there were absolutely no facilities or activities for children, which was disappointing for families. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always polite. The location is decent and convenient enough for getting around. Room comfort was fairly good, although nothing particularly luxurious. Parking can also be a problem, especially during busy hours. Overall, the stay was okay, but the hotel does not really meet five-star expectations.”

“BM Hotel was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The WiFi was reliable, breakfast was great, and the location is superb. My room was clean and spacious, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Honestly, I couldn’t fault a single thing.”

“I annoyed my time at the hotel. The experience was amazing ”

“위치도 그런대로, 시설은 낡은 편, 조식은 보통 이상.”
