BM 호텔 시티

BM Hotel was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The WiFi was reliable, breakfast was great, and the location is superb. My room was clean and spacious, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Honestly, I couldn’t fault a single thing.

We spent the night without electricity! It was a short stay, one night as we’re passing through. The hotel had NO electricity. When I asked them about if they have a generator, they replied they do, but they switched it off! The location is amazing, but we could NOT open the window because it was on a Main Street. And we could not use the AC. We were forced to take a shower in cold water too. The hotel is amazing and the staff we dealt with were nice. But the lack of management good-judgment that led to absence of electricity made our night intolerable. I demand a FULL REFUND, nothing less will make it up to us!!!!!!!

Great location. Tourist information centre is 500m away who were great at setting up an itenary. Some staff could be friendlier. Good size bed and space in the room. I was lucky to have a room facing the sea.
