“Overall, my experience with the staff was disappointing. In particular, the staff during breakfast did not seem very friendly or welcoming. A simple smile or greeting would have made a significant difference, but unfortunately, the service felt rather cold. My main concern, however, was during check-out. I was told that I had taken three items from the minibar, even though I had not taken anything. After they checked the matter, I was suddenly told that it did not matter and that the charge had been cancelled. This was confusing and made me wonder why I was initially accused of taking items that I had not consumed. What made the situation feel even more inconsistent was that I saw other guests simply return their room keys and leave without any apparent minibar check. My colleague also checked out by returning his key and saying goodbye, and there did not seem to be any concern or verification regarding his minibar usage. I understand that mistakes can happen, but being incorrectly charged or questioned about minibar items is not a pleasant experience. Combined with the unfriendly attitude of some staff members, particularly during breakfast, it left me with a less positive impression of the hotel.”

“ที่ตั้งติดถนนใหญ่ ขับรถเดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ห้าง หาของกินในห้างได้ง่าย มีที่จอดรถเยอะ”

“I use this hotel almost every week for my one night stay in this area of Bratislava. i need it only for sleep and go and it is ideal from the price point of view for this reason. Only basic accessories, but rooms are clean and some of them really huge.”

“I have stayed at this hotel several times. I like the location. Personally, i found the new pillows too thick to get a good night sleep. Everything else good .”

“The hotel is ok. Pretty basic, lobby is nice breakfast is nice, but the wifi is the worst I have seen in years. I was on a business trip and could not get any work completed. ”

“다른 것은 아무 소용이 없었기 때문에 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 위치는 다소 나쁘지만 좋은 동네입니다. 저렴한 택시를 타면 시내까지 10분 안에 이동할 수 있습니다. 호텔은 단순하지만 깨끗하고 친절한 직원이 있습니다. 영어? 일종의, 하지만 충분합니다. 더 이상 머물 필요는 없습니다. 2박은 괜찮습니다.”

“. A suitable hotel for a one- or two-night stay after the fatigue of travel, or as a brief stopover. . Even though it is a 2- or 3-star hotel, it is clean. The staff were pleasant and wonderful during both the morning and evening shifts, and they were easy to deal with. It’s great—it has plenty of parking and is reasonably priced. The bed is uncomfortable but acceptable for a night or two, and the bathroom is clean, though there was a slight blockage while showering.. . ”
