“Well, where would I start... 1. The phone # provided for this property on Agoda is wrong, it belongs to some person in Czech Republic. 2. The staff doesn't respond to messages through booking sites. 3. The room I booked and paid for upon check in (Maisonette Suite) wasn't available. I was told it's under renovation. Makes no sense, booking sites say there are 3 of them available. I got charged high price upon check in and placed in a twin room. Why would they charge higher price knowing the room isn't available? 4. I requested the refund for the difference. The woman told me she would refund tomorrow. Of course she disappeared on a day. 5. Towels with huge holes in them. 6. Stinks. 7. Wi fi pretty much doesn't work. 8. Breakfast is not present. Even though it's says there is one. 9. Heating doesn't work.”
