Overall, my experience with the staff was disappointing. In particular, the staff during breakfast did not seem very friendly or welcoming. A simple smile or greeting would have made a significant difference, but unfortunately, the service felt rather cold. My main concern, however, was during check-out. I was told that I had taken three items from the minibar, even though I had not taken anything. After they checked the matter, I was suddenly told that it did not matter and that the charge had been cancelled. This was confusing and made me wonder why I was initially accused of taking items that I had not consumed. What made the situation feel even more inconsistent was that I saw other guests simply return their room keys and leave without any apparent minibar check. My colleague also checked out by returning his key and saying goodbye, and there did not seem to be any concern or verification regarding his minibar usage. I understand that mistakes can happen, but being incorrectly charged or questioned about minibar items is not a pleasant experience. Combined with the unfriendly attitude of some staff members, particularly during breakfast, it left me with a less positive impression of the hotel.

The location is good just right in front of the mall, easy to shopping or have a restaurants around.
