“The hotel is nice and is basically linked to the Place Vendome Mall. Breakfast served was nice and generally the service was great. I would recommend this hotel if you want a calm, quiet stay and want to combine it with some nice shopping experience. ”

“The hotel and the facilities are amazing, the staff lack experience/training. Treatment with guest is very tough and their voices are loud lack of welcoming atmosphere.. very defensive and denial towards any comments or concerns. The tone of the staff is even commanding and rude Regards,”

“The price was more than I wanted to pay but okay for just 2 nights we stayed. It is more space than a couple would need. This set up is popular in Asia like in KL Hotel apartment combo. But you cannot accommodate more than 2 unless extra guests want to sleep in the sofa with no privacy. This place is deluxe for many but not first class. Service was excellent and attentive. Roof top pool is nice and sunny. Nicer than WA next door which is shady in the afternoon. Gym is reasonable Location is not in central 30 minute drive from busy souk. Next to luxurious mall Place de Vendome Doha is expanding and new area like this can be attractive to some people. Also next to WA. Uber is cheap. ”

“The hotel's facilities were superb and exceeded expectations. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was very disappointing. Although we arrived before the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, we were only able to access our room approximately 1.5 hours later (04:30 pm). While delays can occasionally happen, what made the situation more frustrating was the response from the hotel manager (male), who appeared indifferent to the inconvenience caused. We were told that the delay was due to the Eid holiday and the high volume of guests. However, peak holiday periods are predictable, and guests should reasonably expect the hotel to be adequately prepared to manage increased occupancy without significantly affecting check-in times. The situation was particularly challenging because we were traveling with our 5-month-old baby, who became increasingly fussy while waiting in the lobby. Despite the circumstances, there was no sincere apology or meaningful effort to address the delay, which left a negative impression and diminished our excitement for the stay. While the hotel did offer a late checkout as a gesture of goodwill, it did not fully compensate for the inconvenience and poor first impression caused by the delayed check-in. Given the otherwise excellent facilities, the lack of customer care and professionalism during our arrival was especially disappointing.”

“Although the water that I requested was not delivered to our room, everything was good. I love the huge waterpark and the cleanliness all over the vicinity. Another things I love were the free activities like face painting for kids, listening to live violin & flute performances, walking mascot around the reception hall and most of all was the complimentary cake for my husband as the reason for this trip was to celebrate his birthday. Hoping to come again here 🙏🏻 ”
