Although the water that I requested was not delivered to our room, everything was good. I love the huge waterpark and the cleanliness all over the vicinity. Another things I love were the free activities like face painting for kids, listening to live violin & flute performances, walking mascot around the reception hall and most of all was the complimentary cake for my husband as the reason for this trip was to celebrate his birthday. Hoping to come again here 🙏🏻

Wedding Anniversary
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, it just that they don’t have Netflix apps. But the rest and the experience staying is okay.

Happiness in Every Moment
We are a family of three, and this was our 16th hotel experience in Qatar. To keep it short and simple—this hotel is definitely our favorite so far! ❤️ We loved the beautiful location, luxurious facilities, pools, beach, and water park. The unlimited food and beverages were a huge plus, with so many choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The complimentary drinks in the room refrigerator were also a lovely bonus! A few areas for improvement would be the front desk service and consistency of information, as we received different directions regarding the kids’ club. We also requested a late check-out on a weekday but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. Overall, we had a wonderful family stay and truly enjoyed everything the hotel offered. We’re definitely coming back! 🌴✨ Tip: If you’re planning to enjoy the water park, avoid booking on Monday as it is closed that day.
