“They changed my reservation to a communal room with other guest. I asked for a single room and they wouldn’t accommodate the request after it was accepted. The place is beautiful and in a great spot but the staff was not interested in helping even though no one else was staying at the hotel and I put in my messages and requested private rooms.”

“We simply slept over having arrived after 11pm. We originally booked the room as the photos indicated we had access to a pool table . Didn't find this as we left early again we didn't get to use other facilities like pool or anything. Might have to return to fully experience this place.”
