“Very nice, comfortable, well kept hotel with a very helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Hotel is located in the outskirts of Ponta Delgada, so everything is accessible by car (max 7 min until city center). Hotel is surrounded by massive garden, everything is nice. There is a free parking (lots of places). Breakfast is good, you can order omelette from chef. Standard rooms have a terrace with garden view, very nice addition. The only downside for the rooms is lack of ventilation, especially in bathroom, so it gets super humid from shower and weather itself. AC is basic, so it does not remove moisture. We have found much better option nearby for the same price. ”

“The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The location was a problem since I didn’t rent a car. It took 25 minutes to walk into town. ”

“Located along a small street (don't rent a big car if you plan to stay in this city), with street parking. The lobby is the the most impressively decorated. The room is decent but nothing fantastic. Bathroom was a little dated.”
