“Could not fault the hotel on anything but noise. The trains going by are cool and did not bother me, BUT the lack of soundproof is not acceptable. You can hear people talking on phone and hear their TV. I asked to be moved because noise from above me was irksome. I think it was only housekeeping, but it would be worse if another guest were in that room. The room I was moved to was on top floor but one guy on one side of me on his phone and a couple on other side listening and I assume falling asleep with tv on!! Hardwood floors and no carpet to absorb sounds. Such a nice hotel otherwise. ”
