“Location was good based on what we needed it for . Under ground car parking for £6.50 per night. Breakfast was better than expected. Couldn't fault it really. ”

“Room is spacious as well as the bathroom. There’s A/C but no ref (you need to go down the lobby to get ice from an ice machine). You can request for utensils and use the microwave at the dining area if you need to reheat food. Not centrally located and quite far from Baixa or the more commercial districts but try to learn how to navigate the city via public transport, so you can avoid using Uber or taxi. Nearest train station is Paco de Arcos but if you want a quicker way to get there, you can use Uber and pay 4.50 € which is usual. There’s a nearby supermarket (Lidl) that closes at 10pm. If you want to be near the busier areas, this may not be the hotel for you. But if you want peace and quiet, then you might enjoy staying at this hotel. ”

“Would like to highlight how the staff overall was very courteous. Front the front desk, to Waitstaff and housekeeping. Overall, breakfast was very well served with many options and proper seating inside and out. Facilities were very clean, although some rooms require maintenance updates. we stayed in 2 separate rooms, first with noisey fridge, second with leaking shower (we had to use the towels to cover floor). Overall, we will we delighted to return, thanks to the courteous staff. ”

“The room is reasonably clean. Room size is standard for a European hotel. There is a lot of TV channels made available. This is good because it helps me while away the time when I’m jet lagged. CNN, CNBC is available for viewing. The bed is comfy. I was not woken up by the neighboring occupants nor the street traffic. There is one fridge in the room. On the negative side, there is only 1 chair in the room. The hair dryer looks so worn. I didn’t use it though. I don’t know if it’s working. There is no tea kettle, coffee or tea in the room. I never use those in the hotel anyway. There is no microwave available to heat your leftovers. As for the pool, I can’t swim. So I can’t really comment on it. There’s hardly any stores or restaurants nearby. We just used the Uber to go to town. This hotel provides very basic service. Don’t expect luxurious accommodation for a low budget hotel.”
