“Those planning for day tripping across Pico this is a perfect location as its very close to the port in the main town. So you could take Ferries to both Sao Jorge and Faial very easily from here. The rooms are impeccably clean with a spa area that’s amazing for relaxation after a Pico hike. With an indoor (heated pool) and an outdoor pool with views to Faial is amazing. Will be definitely returning soon to this hotel.”

“Overall impression is quite good - the room was clean, kitchen is a full of furniture and simple things like oil, salt, pepper, towels, etc help you to feel yourself here as at somebodys home but not the hotel. That's nice. One negative thing happened belongs to messy in booking system, cause the room that was booked through Agoda was occupied by another guests. It took few hours to make it solve via Agoda call center. In a nutshell, room was upgraded, so let's assume that it was just misunderstanding that costs a lot because of the phone calls cost. ”
