“We stayed at the Lousada Country Hotel as we were here to watch a hockey tournament. It is very close to the sports facilities with a nice 10 min walk through the vineyards. Hotel is made up of 4 accommodation areas, some in the main block and others spread out around the estate., all walkable. We were just behind the main area in a small courtyard that had 7 rooms. The rooms are spacious with en-suite shower rooms, tv and aircon/heating. There is a small gym, outdoor pool and crazy golf. The hotel served a buffet breakfast which was good. They have a lunch menu and tea and coffee which were good quality. We ate once in the hotel but enjoyed eating out in Lousada- Riccardos pizza, Foral, Hamburgeria d Parca, Ozark…all excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful and we would highly recommend this hotel. ”
