“The staff were really the highlight for us. The airline lost our bags and had to coordinate with delivery and the staff looked after that. Our return flight was also rebooked and we stayed an extra night. They staff took extra care to make us comfortable and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this if you find yourself in Horta.”
