“It was a fantastic experience, but I had a minor issue with the breakfast staff. I booked on the last minute, and everything went smoothly. However, the breakfast lady seemed to be stuck in place, completely unresponsive. She only collected the used dishes from the tables. When I asked if they had a toaster, she simply pointed to it. I had to figure out how to use the toaster with its four buttons on my own and try to make it work. It took me five minutes or more to make a toast, and she was standing near the computer, just next to the toaster, completely ignoring the situation. Apart from that, everything was excellent, but I think someone needs to learn about good service.”
