“The property and room surpassed all expectations. We had the Touriga Francesca suite and it was amazing between the room itself and the views. After spending two months in Portugal the service level here was below expectations overall. The front desk team and the bar staff were the lowlights (especially the Library bar staff). Overall we would stay again but we would eliminate all expectations that the service level is commensurate with the quality of the property and views.”
