“Honest review: Check in was smooth and from the small lobby and nice central patio it seemed this was a decent hotel. When we got to our room i was surprised to see an old tv and there was no cieling fan in the room. The AC did not work at all, tried to use the remote and since we were ground floor there was no air circulation even when kept window open all night because it was musty feeling in room. The wifi was spotty and it was a bit tough to work using wifi and had to use hotspot but zong signal was weak as well. Yes whatsapp calls did work tme to time but wifi could be better. Wifi is a big thing and I wanted to make sure I could work remotely. Luckily it was thanksgiving week so did not have to attend meetins otherwise it would have been a big issue Bathroom when we arrived only had one large bath towel. Later after room service then 2 was provided. Bathroom was not as nice as i have seen at other hotels it was plain and. basic but not inpressive like at ramada. No clocks in room or bathrooom if u want to know the time. No digital or analogclock. The tv was really old. It had those color cable in puts from 90s to 2000s. No hdmi cable to plug in anything of your own if you wanted to. The breakfast was shockingly not impressive. The pastries were few in quantity and all covered with a clear sheet wrap. There was channa and halwa but the paratha was like rubber and no puri option at all. Chai was only good if u ask for fresh cup. Omellete was good only when asked for fresh made by chef. Fruit options was only just apple and pear cut up thstd it for fresh fruit The juice option was just mango only. Bfast was not usual hotel bfast, i def missed the hotel bfast at other places like ramada or PC. Dining hall was in basement and felt dimly lit and depressing . Not even ground floor for proper lighting or windows I ordered room service for dinner first night and got peri peri chicken . The dish was unrecognizable from it'd name. The chicken was lookin”
