“have stayed at different hotels in Islamabad like Islamabad Serena Hotel and Mövenpick Hotel Islamabad. One good thing about them is that they offer airport drop-off services, which is very convenient.
However, this time I had a somewhat disappointing experience.
Regarding the stay, the rooms are good—I have stayed here 2–3 times before as well. The staff member Tayyaba was very cooperative and kind, which I really appreciated.
But when you enter the hotel with food, they stop you and ask you to leave it outside. In other five-star hotels like Avari Hotels and Mövenpick, they usually don’t do this. Instead, they have a proper food policy or agreement in place, which feels more professional. This hotel should consider implementing something similar.
Overall, I’m disappointed with these two things.
