“have stayed at different hotels in Islamabad like Islamabad Serena Hotel and Mövenpick Hotel Islamabad. One good thing about them is that they offer airport drop-off services, which is very convenient. However, this time I had a somewhat disappointing experience. Regarding the stay, the rooms are good—I have stayed here 2–3 times before as well. The staff member Tayyaba was very cooperative and kind, which I really appreciated. But when you enter the hotel with food, they stop you and ask you to leave it outside. In other five-star hotels like Avari Hotels and Mövenpick, they usually don’t do this. Instead, they have a proper food policy or agreement in place, which feels more professional. This hotel should consider implementing something similar. Overall, I’m disappointed with these two things. Room service, however, was good. Thank you.”
