“Stayed here for a couple of nights with my husband. The room was huge, which we appreciated. However, getting to it was such a hassle. Apparently, it could only be accessed by walking to the end of the dark outdoor hallway and taking the elevator there. I had really thought I could get to the room via the lobby, but it wasn't the case at all. So, even if the hotel itself is strategically located, accessing the room can be quite a chore. Also, our room was located next to their event space, which at the time was hosting what seemed to be a racing event for kids. It was very noisy. I was always woken by the sound of people cheering on the contestants, kids having a tantrum, and the super loud sound system. I was also very worried about our safety because there were too many people in the area (the ones attending the event). Some of them even lingered right outside our room, making me realize that there was only one door separating us from them, so if any of them thought of doing something bad, we'd be in a very vulnerable position. There was also one time when I caught a random woman trying to take a peek into our room while we were entering. The staff members were all very good, though. Still, not worth it considering the price.”

“We were pleasantly surprised that the place looked very nice. Very pristine with its mostly white with blue hues, making it look like white sand against blue waters. The pool was very nice, very well maintained. They even have a gym with some basic equipment. The room was also pretty clean and spacious enough. We took a deluxe room for four where two share a bed in a bedroom and the other two outside the room, like a bunk bed that serves as a sofa too. Unfortunately, only the bedroom has an aircon. There's no aircon in the rest of the unit. Internet connection was bad, used my personal data instead. A number of fixtures weren't installed properly, like the hanger for clothes in the bathroom, the bidet (which was also leaking), the aircon remote control holder beside the light switch in the bedroom. Could also use a trash can since the only one available was in the bathroom. The water in the shower was weak, which made bathing harder. The staff was nice and accommodating, even if we had to leave and come back, they were attentive enough to be aware when we got back to open the gate. I can imagine this place to be a very good venue for teambuilding or having a large group come together. I'd definitely recommend the place and would come back myself ”

“We stayed here since we needed a place in Los Banos for an event. Just sad that the place looks old and it really needs an overhaul. It wasn’t maintained anymore. The facilities are either not working/close. I liked the experience of trying the hot spring but the pool was dirty and no choice but to leave the pool right away. Sayang. The place is really huge and if they can renovate it. Even the telephone sa hallway halos mahulog na from the wall and very dusty. The cr is so dark too. Siguro maganda ito before pero ngayon baka 3 out of 10 for me. Si Kuya sa coffee shop ang okay, mabait siya and Maalaga. But the rest sana ma improve. Merong poop ng cat sa stairs before you slide sa pool area. Yikes! What if somebody steps on it then mag slide. Diretso sa pool yun. 🥵”
