“You need to eat outside or make sure you have food before checking in. It's not convenient to order thru pension hse as there tends to be missing food”

“Fast internet, clean room and kind staffs ”

“This unit is being managed by a third-party company even though it is actually located within Pitstop Hotel. If you are planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking directly with the hotel instead of through this third-party provider. After making our reservation, we received absolutely no communication from the third-party company. There were no check-in instructions, no updates, and no guidance whatsoever. I tried calling the contact number provided, but no one answered. I also sent text messages and received no response. Surprisingly, the only time they replied was after we had already checked out—and their response was simply, "What?" The lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It added unnecessary stress to what should have been a straightforward stay. To be fair, the hotel itself is very nice, and the hotel staff were helpful. Unfortunately, the third-party management company was completely unreliable and provided the worst customer service I have experienced. Save yourself the headache and book directly with the hotel instead.”
