Pitstop Hotel Guimaras

When we got to the port of Jordan in Guimaras, nobody seemed to know where Mango Grove Retreat is until i showed the direction map sent to me days before. it’s real and known name is PITSTOP HOTEL. after some uncertainties if we’d get to where we shoud get to, we saw the place and were greeted by a sweet lady with a warm smile at the frontdesk… and all when well from there. again, their signage bore the name PITSTOP HOTEL!!! the place is neat. the food at the resto just situated at the ground floor, is good and varied… we had most of our meals there. the staff is so accommodating. you get the value of what you paid for, we’ll go back to PITSTOP HOTEL next time we visit Guimaras. ♥️

This unit is being managed by a third-party company even though it is actually located within Pitstop Hotel. If you are planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking directly with the hotel instead of through this third-party provider. After making our reservation, we received absolutely no communication from the third-party company. There were no check-in instructions, no updates, and no guidance whatsoever. I tried calling the contact number provided, but no one answered. I also sent text messages and received no response. Surprisingly, the only time they replied was after we had already checked out—and their response was simply, "What?" The lack of communication and customer service was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It added unnecessary stress to what should have been a straightforward stay. To be fair, the hotel itself is very nice, and the hotel staff were helpful. Unfortunately, the third-party management company was completely unreliable and provided the worst customer service I have experienced. Save yourself the headache and book directly with the hotel instead.
