“Overall, our stay was satisfactory. However, we experienced an issue with the air-conditioning system during our stay. Upon check-in, the room was uncomfortably warm, and the fan functioned very slowly despite being set to full speed and cooling mode. This contrasted noticeably with the concierge area, where the temperature was well maintained. The room temperature became more comfortable later in the evening, which suggests that the air-conditioning unit may benefit from more regular or thorough maintenance and periodic cleaning.On a positive note, the food quality was excellent, and the hotel staff were consistently attentive, professional, and accommodating, which greatly enhanced our overall experience.”
