“Our stay at the hotel was overall excellent and truly offered good value for money. We don’t mind paying a bit more as long as the service meets expectations, and the staff delivered well in that regard. The hotel itself is clean, peaceful, and a relaxing place to stay. That said, there were a couple of issues in the room, such as encountering roaches and the hot shower not working, which need attention. As someone who travels for work, having a proper working table suitable for a laptop would have been a great addition. Additionally, the facilities should be improved to ensure they are safe and conducive for senior citizens as well. While there is room for improvement in the facilities, we still enjoyed our stay overall and would gladly consider coming back again.”
