“Pros: -receptionist/owner has exceptional service. he helped us get a tricycle, he even go to the terminal himself. he allowed us to have late checkout. overall, we really appreciate the good service of the hotel. -the aircon is split type, which is good. Cons: -the room is very small. no hook in the room where we can put our clothes. there are many ants in the wall.”

“Rented this place for a night to relax and have a few drinks with family. The room we had was very basic. The mattress was a cloth one covered in vinyl so it was very hot. The top sheet was the size of a twin despite the mattress being a queen. The TV was mostly static and only had 12 channels, one of which was porn. When we asked the staff of they had smart TVs they said no. However the unit next to us had a Smart tv because it kept trying to link with my phone. The room service was garbage, soup and two fried rice for nearly 800 pesos. The AC was set to 17 but there was no remote to alter the temperature and it couldn't be shut off manually. My advice would be to stay somewhere else. The area has similar units for a better price. The one good thing about it that the landscaping was well taken care of.”
