“We stayed at Fanar for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Mr. Raed at reception for his kindness, professionalism, and support throughout our stay. Highly appreciated!”

“Spacious room with great sea view. Lovely beach outside. While the hotel is a little dated, it is significantly cheaper than the nearby beach hotels (very expensive big international chains). Breakfast was good for the price, as was the dinner buffet. The balcony doors could do with repairing, very hard to open and close. ”

“A hotel which is showing its age but does the basics well and compensates with excellent staff. The food is standard and amenities ok for the price point. In a town with not many options optimal and given a much pricier property down the road - this property gets the balance right. ”

“On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite and welcomed by the most friendly Mohammed. We had a lovely time for a day and a half until cyclone Tej alert went out. Consequently we left 2 nights early to muscat which was a very unfortunate and sad as our booking was non refundable. We didn't manage to Visit the tourist sites as they were closed. Regarding the hotel we enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a lovely variety of food. MINA was lovely and Mekong was extra special for dinner. The beach and pool area were beautiful, also quiet. The children loved the kids club and had a nice time making things with Fauzia. We will visit again to actually see Salalalah in all its glory. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Salalah and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel’s facilities and location were excellent. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. My only concern was the noise coming from the bar, which was quite noticeable and disruptive to guests, especially during the evening. I hope the hotel can find a way to minimize the disturbance while maintaining the atmosphere. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would be happy to return in the future.”
