“The location of the camp is not good. Moreover, dinner and breakfast was worst ever. It was so called buffet of tasteless food and quantity displayed was not even for 1 person. Extremely worst experience.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Sur Grand Hotel. The staff at the front desk, Mr. James was very friendly and welcoming. He upgraded my room to an executive room. The room was very clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it convenient to explore Sur and nearby attractions. The only drawback was the breakfast's taste, which needs to be enhanced. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.”

“good location. WiFi is not so good. Room is OK”

“I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their excellent hospitality and service, especially Derel, who was incredibly helpful and professional. We truly appreciated the room upgrade to a Deluxe room and his kind attention throughout our stay. His efforts made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful stay. We will definitely be happy to visit again!”
