“Nice place but needs a little cleaning. The room or carpet smells off when we arrived. We had to clean and spray the room. Otherwise staff are friendly and location is good. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Really nice motel, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are massive with great views. We got just a little unlucky and had the main motel sign board directly outside our balcony obstructing the views a bit. They gave us a later checkout which was nice. Would definitely stay again.”

“At reception we were well received. Specific instructions on how to access our room. The room it self was warm, attractive and accommodating. The view from the balcony was amazing looking over the 'Bay' and marine parade. (We were on the top floor). Parking was nearby and access was no problem. (Unloading/loading) Because of the hold up travelling from Taupo (10 stoppages for road works) Took nearly 5hrs to travel form Taupo to Napier. Usually about 3hrs normally. The receptionist said we could stay until 11:00am the next day instead of the usual 10:00am. Most appreciated.”

“The room was spacious,clean,modern interiors looks luxurious. It has almost everything what you need in your room. I gave 3star in facilities due to the parking I didnt know its limited space and you need to prebook to get the parking but if we get back to Napier I will still consider this place. ”

“Perfect for our family of five. Room was adequate, clean , tidy and comfortable. Only issue was the heated pool isn’t open during winter and we didn’t know until we got there.”

“Although generally clean there were two minor things that needed attention. On top of the kitchen cabinetry hadn't been dusted for a while and the window cleaning could be better. We did however enjoy our stay.”

“Great place in a good location. Easy walk to everywhere we wanted to see. The pool could have been cleaner. 2 out of the 6 of us went for a swim and we both ended up with an infection. Rooms were good, nice and clean and were a good size. Had some not so nice people hanging around outside. But the motel can’t do anything about that. We didn’t feel unsafe though. The restaurant was pretty good. Service was really good. I would recommend staying there. ”
