“Really nice motel, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are massive with great views. We got just a little unlucky and had the main motel sign board directly outside our balcony obstructing the views a bit. They gave us a later checkout which was nice. Would definitely stay again.”

“At reception we were well received. Specific instructions on how to access our room. The room it self was warm, attractive and accommodating. The view from the balcony was amazing looking over the 'Bay' and marine parade. (We were on the top floor). Parking was nearby and access was no problem. (Unloading/loading) Because of the hold up travelling from Taupo (10 stoppages for road works) Took nearly 5hrs to travel form Taupo to Napier. Usually about 3hrs normally. The receptionist said we could stay until 11:00am the next day instead of the usual 10:00am. Most appreciated.”
