“Hotel is in a good location. Checkin was great. Room was very nice. Disappointed with breakfast service. Very slow and bad coffee. The accommodation is five stars. Service is not.”

“It's very good but little things should be added Like there is no body lotion in the toilet The cleaning staff was not very efficient No tv in the room. Other wise very beautiful and tastefully decorated breakfast was awesome ”

“Probably it was the smallest room in my life but nevertheless clean, good breakfast, hospitable personnel and of cause excellent location. Sure, the overpriced as everything in Bergen for tourists, but it's understandable. One nuance. I found it on the site as a 'parking available' without details. In real there is no parking slit, only for residents of the district or not more than 2 hours. The closest one down the street 5 minutes and is about $30 per day. ”

“This is a very nice hotel that's located a short distance (just two tram stops away from the Sentrum) from the tourist hotspot, the perfect refuge from the summer crush. While my room was lovely (quiet, clean, love the en suite bathroom), I had a "queen" bed that was really two single beds pushed together, and my room was located in the annex of, though across the street from, the hotel. This meant that in the morning when you're getting down to breakfast, you'll need to put on decent clothes and cross the street over to the breakfast room. Okay in the summer, but maybe less so if the weather is colder. Breakfast was quite basic (cold cuts, slices of famous Norwegian brown cheese, and dry scrambled eggs). There is a very impressive restaurant just three minutes away on foot called Marg & Bein that serves locally sourced ingredients that I personally recommend. ”
