“This resort is up in the hill. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, the hot spring is rather small. Water in hot spring and swimming pool are natural from the hill. If you need a driver to drive you around to other tourist spot and get the contact number from counter. The grab driver amirul is very patient and easy to communicate. Be careful when driving uphill as the road is narrow, better to use SUV car as there are many bumps and holes on the road. If you wish to enjoy late night snacks while playing games with friends at night better buy it before you going uphill, the road is too dangerous to drive out at night. Prep some medical supplies just in case you have an emergency as there are no clinics or medical stores nearby or at the resort. ”

“The room is quite big with attached bathroom. Need to improve on the smell of the room once you checked in. In the morning, the surrounding area is very calm and chilly. The landscape Infront of the cabin needs to be trimmed a little bit. Will definitely recommend to my friends.”

“The property is perfect for people looking to go for a retreat. The property is beautiful and there is greenery everywhere. It is quiet and secluded and very restful. However, the process of getting to the property is a little more difficult. The road leading up to the property is narrow, steep and winding. This means getting to and fro from the property can be a little challenging. There are TVs in the rooms but there is no connections on the TV. Hence they don't work. There is also no Wifi in the rooms and Wifi is only available in the lobby and dining hall. Lunch and dinner has to be pre-ordered before hand and the staff will prepare dinner for you. If you want to drive out, then it will take around 20 plus minutes to get out of the property to Gopeng town. So if you are planning to cut yourself off from the world and take time to rest, meditate, and take time out away from electronics and the buzz of the usual - this would be the perfect place. One other thing, the staff speak only Malay. As an overseas guest, we found it difficult to communicate with the staff. Also the entrance to the property is usually closed up. You will need to call the property and then the staff will come down to the main gate to open up the main gate for us to get into the property.”
