The property is perfect for people looking to go for a retreat. The property is beautiful and there is greenery everywhere. It is quiet and secluded and very restful. However, the process of getting to the property is a little more difficult. The road leading up to the property is narrow, steep and winding. This means getting to and fro from the property can be a little challenging. There are TVs in the rooms but there is no connections on the TV. Hence they don't work. There is also no Wifi in the rooms and Wifi is only available in the lobby and dining hall. Lunch and dinner has to be pre-ordered before hand and the staff will prepare dinner for you. If you want to drive out, then it will take around 20 plus minutes to get out of the property to Gopeng town. So if you are planning to cut yourself off from the world and take time to rest, meditate, and take time out away from electronics and the buzz of the usual - this would be the perfect place. One other thing, the staff speak only Malay. As an overseas guest, we found it difficult to communicate with the staff. Also the entrance to the property is usually closed up. You will need to call the property and then the staff will come down to the main gate to open up the main gate for us to get into the property.

Good place to chill out with friends amg family. Staffs are very friendly and food is delicious. However, restaurant only provide preorder food. May be can consider to have vending machine?
