I had an added advantage as some relatives stay close by. Just about less than 750 m there are rows of shop houses to cater to you daily needs. Easy access to Ipoh town and to Kek Look Tong temple caves. ”

“Our trip was super last-minute, so I completely understand if there were some minor issues with dust. However, it really didn’t seem like there was regular housekeeping. I’m genuinely curious when the whole house was last cleaned. 😭 The porch was also dirty and clearly needed a proper cleaning. There was no functioning light along the walkway on the first floor, the water pressure upstairs was extremely slow, and the bathrooms were not clean. On top of that, there was so much dust underneath the carpet. My goodness, this was honestly quite disappointing. The bedsheets and towels did not feel clean, and the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. I also feel that the air conditioners in all the rooms need to be serviced, as they did not seem to be in the best condition. The fridge was very dirty, and the TV cabinet in the living room was also dirty (not just dusty). There were also not enough plug points in each bedroom. Additionally, there were no clothes hangers or proper clothes holders provided in the bathrooms or bedrooms, which was quite inconvenient. The curtain rod in the living room was also broken and had not been fixed, which made the overall condition of the house feel poorly maintained. Nevertheless, the host was accessible and responsive, especially considering this was a last-minute reservation. I would strongly suggest that the owner arrange regular housekeeping, ensure the porch and entire house are properly cleaned, provide fresh and clean bedsheets and towels, service the air conditioners, repair broken fixtures such as the curtain rod, provide basic amenities such as clothes holders/hangers, and frequently check that all electrical fixtures and facilities are functioning properly.”

“The location is extremely isolated, like a quiet house in the middle of nowhere, with no nearby shops or facilities. The staff could not be reached by phone, and there were no clear instructions provided. When I was dissatisfied with the accommodation and decided not to stay, the staff verbally promised to issue a refund. However, they immediately changed their position afterward and refused to take responsibility. Even Agoda customer service tried calling them, but they did not answer. In the end, I never received my refund, and they simply kept my payment despite me not staying there. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The location is poor, the service is unprofessional, and they do not honor their promises. I would strongly not recommend staying here. If I could, I would only give it 0.5 out of 5 stars！！！👎👎”
