“It Is agood hotel. Breakfast Is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. A 10 minute ride from airpoirt. Shuttle service needs improvement. Airport pick up arrangements are a hassle. You need to let them know in advance. They did not answer the phone. I ended up taking a taxi and repuesting a refund. Some front desk personnel need people skills training.”

“We went to Tlaquepaque for a wedding and decided to stay there since it’s right next to the plaza. I called a month before to make sure our reservation was placed and they did not answer nor did they return my call. Once we arrived the gentleman there did not see our name on their list but told us they do have our room and pointed to “our room”. Once we arrived for check in a lady told us we don’t have that room that we booked a jr suite, which is just a regular room. The description says we had a separate living space area, so we were really disappointed that was not the case. Since we were so desperate for a room we decided to stay in the regular room anyways. There is black mold on the ceiling, there’s no iron, there’s no place to sit down and get ready. Good luck trying to take a shower it will come out boiling hot at first and cold for the rest of the shower. The cleaning lady walked in on us getting dressed, she did not knock or anything to let us know she’ll be coming into the room. The only thing I like about the place is the courtyard and how close it was to the plaza. Will not be returning. ”

“J'ai séjourné à "La Villa del Ensueno Boutique Hotel" pour la 2e fois en moins d'un an. Comme la première fois, c'était magnifique! C'est un édifice colonial vraiment impressionant, d'une beauté incroyable! Les chambres sont tellement belles, tellement charmantes! Typiquement mexicain, décoré simplement mais avec goût! L'espace de la piscine principale: tellement beau et relaxant! Les employés sont vraiment gentils et sympathiques; un bravo spécial au barman! Rien à redire de l'endroit, c'est vraiment un petit paradis. Petite suggestion: un entretien plus rigoureux des deux piscines serait à prévoir afin que l'eau soit plus claire...”

“The view hands down is impressive. That's about it. The pool is dirty, the rooms lack maintenance. There is in fact no elevator. Staff is always looking to make extra money. The rooms are dated and need upgraded furniture. It looks like a shell of what was once amazing. It needs a lot of love.”
