“I always stay here when I have a lay over. The staff are great, rooms clean and beds comfy. However, i have had dinner in the restaurant and two times I've ordered the vegetarian lasagna and it was truly un edible. So now I crouse the airport looking for decent food. Given the status of the hotel and with guests who have time and money to spend. I beleive a spa would be very helpful and a gym. Also, the rooms are cold and my heater never seems to work? The door to my room disnt close.properly and this is the second time, in a different room where the door didn't close upon leaving! I felt safe, comfortable and very close to the check in counters. Which really is th main benefit of this property...however for the price I would expect more services and better food.”

“ANA편 6시발에 타기 위해 숙박했습니다. 터미널 내이므로 안전하고 ANA 체크인 카운터까지 곧 있습니다. 체류 시간이 짧지만 요금이 높습니다. 하지만 몇 시간이라도 안심하고 몸을 누울 수 있어서 좋았습니다.”

“Was a nice room for a one night stay, waiting for a connection flight. The only annoying thing was on agoda site says free airport transfer, was even sent the information were to get the bus, we spent ages looking for the place, the nice lady frim the airport called the hotel, to be told no airport pick ups now , was very disappointing and cost us an extra 25 pounds on a taxi . ”

“I would only suggest to use it it you MUST stay at the airport. The airport is only 6km from many areas of the city so no need really to stay at the airport. You pay a premium to stay at the airport and there really is no need to.”
