피에스타 인 시우다드 데 멕시코 아에로푸에르토

Shuttle service, excellent staff, good restaurant, clean. My room was super far and next to a noisy transformer. Maybe I had bad luck with that room. I would recommend to say in the reception to get rooms closer to the pool or restaurant

The location is convenient because it is close to the airport, but aside from that, my experience was quite disappointing. The room had almost no basic amenities—not even slippers. Considering the price, the level of service is very limited, and I do not think it offers good value for money. I arrived before the check-in time, and I completely understand that the room was not yet available. I left my luggage at the front desk, and at that time, they checked my passport. However, when I returned at the official check-in time, I explained that my passport had already been checked earlier, but I was told that they needed to check it again. Honestly, I do not understand the purpose of checking my passport the first time if exactly the same procedure had to be repeated later. This gave me the impression that the front desk operation was poorly organized and inefficient. The service at the front desk was also disappointing. For the price they charge, I expected a much more professional, attentive, and efficient level of service. Overall, I do not believe this hotel provides good value for money, and I would be very unlikely to stay here again.

The room is clean and well maintained but old The floor is not flat

酒店位置和环境都不错，往返机场的免费巴士也很方便，酒店周边吃饭和购物也很方便，值得推荐
