“I booked and paid for this hotel online in advance. I arrived around 3:30 AM, and the receptionist told me that because I came late, they had already given my booked room to another guest. I explained that I had already paid and my checkout time was 12:00 PM, so I do not understand how my room could be given away before checkout time. After arguing, they finally gave me another room. The room was clean, but the door lock was not working properly and the door could be opened easily. I did not feel safe staying there with my valuable belongings. Very disappointing experience, especially after a confirmed paid booking. The hotel should respect reservations and ensure guest safety and security.”
