“The hotel was nice but the location was off. It was in a secluded area and you would have to walk alot to reach city centre. The room service and facilitation was pathetic. The hair dryer was not working and no iron was available in the room. Called room service thrice but to no avail. The room was cozy and nice with heater installed. I would rather chose araliya green city in the same price than araliya red because their location is much better with more food options and accessibility to city centre.”

“Located at Nuwara Eliya, this is an old cottage which has been converted into a holiday home now. The room allotted to us did not have proper ventilation. There was no TV in the room & could not connect to WiFi in the room. So we used the lobby for the net connection. The cottage gave a feel of the British Era stay. Good for people who just come to chill & relax”
