“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Blu in Tangalle. As a small establishment, it has a special charm — the setting feels intimate and the interactions are warmer and more sincere than in larger resorts. We especially appreciated Kamal and Mithun, who checked in on us from time to time to make sure we were comfortable and did their best to accommodate any needs we had throughout our stay. The hospitality from all the service staff was heartfelt, and the food prepared for us was delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we loved spending time at the relaxing pool area. One of our favourite parts was the private stretch of beach right in front of the villa — peaceful, uncrowded, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, Villa Blu gave us a truly memorable and cosy experience, and we would happily stay again.”

“It's a little bit off the beaten track. For us perfect as we had our own car. Real Robinson Crusoe beach but surfs a terror. Rooms are top and nicely designed. Superb mama style restaurant across from hotel rounds it off. ”

“I booked this hotel believing it to be a spa resort and at the price my expectations were high based on the standard of other hotels I stayed at which were exceptional for half the price. The WiFi doesn't work, staff were extremely rude to the point of being intimidated to a solo female. There is nothing around the hotel , no restaurants or bars. This is not even close to a resort.. I am surprised by all the positive reviews , the level of service was shocking. ”
