“The hotel has a very good location, near the beach, and the beach is even better than Unawatuna. The two swimming pool also very nice. Breakfast are not bad. But, in many details we were not satisfied. First, the room is very humid, especially the sheet of my extra bed is not even dry…. And the AC no function of dehumidifier, very hard to sleep at night. Second, i was thirsty wake up in the middle of night, and found out nothing in the mini bar.... Third, the spa doesn't have traditional shirodhara which As a traveler may want to try the most... Fourth, the towels are very very old, they still using... Fifth, some receptionist were not so genuinely friendly with fake smile, Compare with other hotels. After check out, they asked how was my stay, i complaint As above, the receptionist only said sorry with an awkward smile....”
