“I was travelling through Erode and decided to halt at this amazing place. Extremely clean and very polite staff. All facilities are kept well. Rooms are well kept and spacious. Check in and out was smooth. The only issue is compared to the overall ambience the food was a little let down in terms of taste. If the food quality is improved, it would be a great place for unwinding for a longer stay. The owners may also explore if the resort can be made into a barrier free one (wheel chair friendly). ”

“Really a great place to stay especially if you’re traveling with family. Location is away from the city and no noise. We were waken up by peacock in the morning. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Gave some suggestions on temples to visit nearby. ”

“Hotel Turmeric is located ideally for stop-over travellers - quite at the entrance of Erode - simplifying the onward journey out of the city. Fantastic ambience in the hotel and although situated on the main road, there is no sound or vibration from the traffic passing outside. On arrival we were directed to the basement parking and the guard present there was hardly interested in guiding us to the elevators to reach the reception, although we were laden with our bags. When booking our stay, I had specified that we need a single large bed, but we were given two separate beds with no explanation. The sheets on one of the beds were a bit stained. One of the doors of the shower area was missing, rendering a large part of the bathroom wet, after a shower. We were told that this was part of renovation for all rooms and shower curtains were being installed in a few days. Complimentary breakfast had a good spread. Food is a bit pricey, but given this hotel's status, I think it may be acceptable to some guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for its location and ambience and hope that my feedback is taken positively by the management so that guest experience can be improved in future. ”

“Good facility and services. Value for money ”

“Overall, the experience was very good. The environment was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. The location was convenient and easily accessible, making travel and nearby activities hassle-free. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options and quality service. The staff were courteous and supportive, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a satisfying stay and I would recommend it to others”

“Everything is good. But they said 11 am is checkout. But as per my booking with Agoda it was 12 noon. So either hotel should allow checkout till 12 noon or tell Agoda to change the timing to 11 am. Rest all good only as its a new hotel and centrally located. Parking need improvement as we need to park opposite to the hotel on an open land. Atleast tiles need to be placed on the parking area. ”

“Hotel Review – Excellent Stay in Erode I travel to Erode every year to visit my family deity in Kangeyam. This time, I came across this hotel through an online search and booked it based on the recent reviews. I’m happy to say that the reviews were accurate—I was not disappointed. There's a saying, "Don't judge a book by its cover." That perfectly describes this hotel. The reception area may not create the best first impression, but the moment you reach your floor and enter the room, your opinion changes completely. The hotel was very well maintained. The floors were clean, the rooms were spotless, the beds were neat and comfortable, and the restrooms were clean and hygienic. If you're travelling with family, I would recommend booking a Deluxe Room. I had booked a Standard Room, which was a little compact, though it was perfectly suitable for a solo traveller. Food – Pongi Restaurant A special mention to Pongi Restaurant on the 4th floor. While the seating arrangement may not be very luxurious, I found it comfortable enough. More importantly, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were courteous and attentive. During my stay, we enjoyed: Lunch: Traditional Meals after check-in. Dinner: Pulka, Mixed Vegetable Curry, Chicken Lollipop, and Fried Rice. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. I genuinely had nothing to complain about. The stay was peaceful, and we had a comfortable night's sleep. The next morning, the complimentary buffet breakfast (included in the room tariff) was equally impressive, with a good spread and very tasty food. Overall Experience Overall, I had an excellent stay and absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. One small tip: the parking area is a bit tricky, so it's better to park your vehicle in reverse so that exiting later is easier. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit, provided they continue maintaining the same standards of cleanliness and service. Bonus Tip: I was told that if you call the hotel directly and book instead of using online booking platforms, you may get better deals and lower room rates. It’s worth trying.”
