“Excellent stay with good facilities ”

“I was travelling through Erode and decided to halt at this amazing place. Extremely clean and very polite staff. All facilities are kept well. Rooms are well kept and spacious. Check in and out was smooth. The only issue is compared to the overall ambience the food was a little let down in terms of taste. If the food quality is improved, it would be a great place for unwinding for a longer stay. The owners may also explore if the resort can be made into a barrier free one (wheel chair friendly). ”

“Really a great place to stay especially if you’re traveling with family. Location is away from the city and no noise. We were waken up by peacock in the morning. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Gave some suggestions on temples to visit nearby. ”

“The hotel is conveniently located near to the railway station. The room was neat and tidy and the room service was good too. The only issue I faced was the wifi connection. It didn't work the night I checked in, but the next day morning it was working properly. The staff were polite and courteous. ”

“Hotel Turmeric is located ideally for stop-over travellers - quite at the entrance of Erode - simplifying the onward journey out of the city. Fantastic ambience in the hotel and although situated on the main road, there is no sound or vibration from the traffic passing outside. On arrival we were directed to the basement parking and the guard present there was hardly interested in guiding us to the elevators to reach the reception, although we were laden with our bags. When booking our stay, I had specified that we need a single large bed, but we were given two separate beds with no explanation. The sheets on one of the beds were a bit stained. One of the doors of the shower area was missing, rendering a large part of the bathroom wet, after a shower. We were told that this was part of renovation for all rooms and shower curtains were being installed in a few days. Complimentary breakfast had a good spread. Food is a bit pricey, but given this hotel's status, I think it may be acceptable to some guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for its location and ambience and hope that my feedback is taken positively by the management so that guest experience can be improved in future. ”
