“Fasilitas yg diberikan sangat lengkap, disediakan handuk, & alat2 mandi(soap, shmpoo, etc). Kasurny enak, spreiny ga gatal, ga tipis. Cuma parkirny aj aga susah. Staff yaa decent,, overall 9/10”

“I came to citradream hotel with no preparation at all and due to sudden circumstances. All i can say, overall it was comfortable to stay in this hotel, i intend to just staying in the room for resting all day long and i didn't expect it will be quite comfy, which is good.. :)). The location is strategic and surrounded by plenty of eateries. The superior room it self is quite spacious, the air conditioner, the hot water and the wi-fi are available & it runs very well. The tv have a few local and international channel, although for some channels it is not very clear, and shows many dots, but still it doesn't effect me much, since i rarely watch tv, only resting. The staff are nice, the house keeping staff are always come, ask for permission to cleanup the room everyday. However i think the cleanliness needs to be improved, since i still see some part of the room are still dusty, little stain on the bed sheet and towels also a leakege on the soap container. There is a well knowned convenient store next to the enterance door on the 1st floor, and the hotel are in one area to the mall next to it, which also have so many choice of eateries, dept.store and others, so have no worries, even if we come to stay in the hotel with not much preparation such as clothes and other stuff, we can just hop in to the mall and get one. There is enough free parking lot for the guest with an open air concept, and the security staff is always on guard, so is quite secure . The parking area has another entry access for the hotel guest, which separated from the mall guest. ”

“Located on the main street of Bintaro area. Clean and spacious room for family of 3. And enough space to say prayer (sholat). Complete amenities including fridge and safe box. Swimming pool and gym studio are located on the 6th floor. However there was no canopy to protect from sun strike when we swam. At night there was hawker center nearby named Kuliner Pagi Malam. Walking distance. Lots of food stalls from snacks to main course.”

“Spreinya banyak bekas bercak, mungkin kalo sprei dan selimutnya sudah tidak layak pakai jgn dipasang lagi Kebersihan kamar mandi bisa lebih ditingkatkan”

“Nyarinya susah karena di ruko2 dalem, harga promo apps tapi sisanya nambah di lokasi, kasur gatel bercak2, toilet rusak”
