I came to citradream hotel with no preparation at all and due to sudden circumstances. All i can say, overall it was comfortable to stay in this hotel, i intend to just staying in the room for resting all day long and i didn't expect it will be quite comfy, which is good.. :)). The location is strategic and surrounded by plenty of eateries. The superior room it self is quite spacious, the air conditioner, the hot water and the wi-fi are available & it runs very well. The tv have a few local and international channel, although for some channels it is not very clear, and shows many dots, but still it doesn't effect me much, since i rarely watch tv, only resting. The staff are nice, the house keeping staff are always come, ask for permission to cleanup the room everyday. However i think the cleanliness needs to be improved, since i still see some part of the room are still dusty, little stain on the bed sheet and towels also a leakege on the soap container. There is a well knowned convenient store next to the enterance door on the 1st floor, and the hotel are in one area to the mall next to it, which also have so many choice of eateries, dept.store and others, so have no worries, even if we come to stay in the hotel with not much preparation such as clothes and other stuff, we can just hop in to the mall and get one. There is enough free parking lot for the guest with an open air concept, and the security staff is always on guard, so is quite secure . The parking area has another entry access for the hotel guest, which separated from the mall guest.

Semua nya bagus, akan tetapi biasanya dikamar hotel ada kopi shaset atau teh, tapi ini tidak ada sama sekali ya Terima kasih
