“The staff at Marina Hotel are very friendly and helpful. The main problem with my room was that there was no easy-access plug (colokan) near the bed for charging my phone. The plug was underneath the desk and very difficult to access. The wifi is also up and down, not stable. I also needed an iron and the hotel does not have an iron. So the facilities are lacking.”
