“Have stayed here many times and is a very nice small hotel in a convenient location. The place is always clean and tidy, and they seem to undertake regular re-decorating. ”

“An older grand property, a few minutes walk from the town centre. Though in need of some updating and the twin room was quite small, it had everything we needed and was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The general ambience was good. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We had traditional tucker in the restaurant for an evening meal and this was good as well.”

“Great old coaching inn ,comfortable room ,superb food and beer cheerful staff etc. The only fault i can mention is that the pub was situated right on a very busy roundabout our room was facing the roundabout did not get a good nights sleep as trucks etc were rolling all danm night but don't let that put you off you might get a room at the back”

“This is our fourth visit to the Pen Mill and once again it didn’t disappoint. The staff are all so friendly and the breakfast has a great selection, all beautifully cooked. The bed is very comfortable and the location is excellent for Pen Mill Station as well as having plenty of parking. ”
