“My daughter and I spent a wonderful night in the Hepburn annexe. Room was lovely, really comfy bed, powerful shower, lovely Rituals products to use. Will definitely go again. ”

“A last minute decision to travel bought me to this lovely hotel in Wokingham. Plenty of parking when I arrived and a large clean room looking out onto a garden. Breakfast was good value paid the night before . The only disappointment was the fish and chips not available from the evening menu. I would stay again.”

“The hotel was wonderful with assisting in the pre booking phase which made us hugely expectant when we arrived. And then the problems started. There was no record of our booking. After providing proof we were asked for a holding deposit and then not believing that we had paid promptly debited my card again with the full nights cost without my knowledge)only picked it up because I went onto my banking app . When we eventually got to the room the air conditioning was not working but interestingly there were fans available. On having a shower there was no soap. All in all it was a disaster. Management said they would investigate and refund the money but at the time of writing (over 12 hours later) nothing had been done . Very disappointing for this group!!”

“The room and facilities were good, but it was very noticeable that the carpet had not been cleaned for some time ... long white hair and dead bugs everywhere! Otherwise I would have given a 5/5 rating.”
