“I stayed here for 1 night to rest & use the leisure facilities. The entry to the grounds was beautiful. Cassie who greeted us on reception was a star. Helpful & welcoming. Our room was very comfortable, quiet & matched the advertisement. The bathroom was spotless. I really enjoyed using the pool & spa facilities. Everything was in very good condition & in working order. I had a fabulous time. I am definitely staying at Fairlawns when I return to Birmingham.”

“Lovely location just outside Walsall,very nice staff but no WiFi to rooms for business travellers and sometimes limited mobile signal.Last stay very disappointed with breakfast as sausages virtually raw ,this was pointed out to a staff member who replied sorry our main chef is off today. No refund or offer to correct it”

“We needed somewhere to stay halfway between our trip from Southampton to Liverpool and this hotel was in the right location for us. Although a little bit tired (need modernising) but was very reasonably priced and the fact we had freshly cooked breakfast was amazing. Very friendly staff too. Will definitely stay again.”
