“I booked the wrong night and arrived a night early - totally my fault I accept that. But they had plenty of rooms free and could have just swapped my room as a gesture of good-will. But no, I had to book a new room, which I did on an app whilst standing there. Changing my room would have gone a long way, it’s petty to not do so when there are empty rooms. If it was packed out, I would understand, but not when rooms are free. ”

“The room is clean and staff is nice. We needed to leave our luggages. They could help us with that and we had a problem with the toilet in the first room which gave to us. The staff changed the room for us immediately. However, there are no communal toilet and wifi is only for 30 mins free in 24 hrs. No free 24-hr wifi.”
